Your Sample ID number can be found on the testing tube you will submit your sample with as well as on the back of the box of your sample collection kit.
Please ensure that you do take note of this for the activation of your kit as well as for purposes of tracking your order progress.

Hello, I took a picture before sending the kit back, and the only picture that was saved it seems its the tracking number, not the tube picture.
Is there a way to locate my tube or barcode number to activate it, which i thought i had already done all that, except I got a notification today saying i should activate my account..but i thought it was done already...so please HELP!
